Orders shall be delivered to the address indicated in the order form after receipt of the order.
We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order. Any visible damage to and/or qualitative deficiencies of an article or other deficiency in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to ‘Creme de la crema’ (contact us)
We cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. If you are not satisfied with our coffee, please contact us and we will get back to you with further information. The risk due to loss or damage is transferred to the Customer at the time the goods have been physically received by the Customer (or a third party indicated by the Customer that is not the carrier).
Refunds on other purchases can only be done after the Customer has contacted us within 3 days of delivery with the complaint or dissatisfaction. We then together agree on the terms of refund and returning of the goods.
